Hi, my name is Laura Kremer. With Kandu I curate event formats for the leading minds in digital commerce – across Germany, always with the ambition to deliver more than standard conferences.
I design intimate, high-impact formats built for real 1:1 exchange and brutally honest conversations between the most ambitious brands and makers in the space.
As Community Lead of eCom Unity, I'm the go-to person for over 2,100 D2C leaders across Europe – from founders to C-level. I run Europe's largest e-commerce community and craft VIP experiences for e-commerce leaders: from Secret Dinners and invite-only events to buzzing community formats and brand roadshows.
I speak on stages at major e-commerce events and recently in other sectors like finance – always with the goal of sparking brutally honest conversations about high performance, leadership, and vision.
